Yes, on final payment, along with the database and deployment instructions. You are never locked to us. Clients stay because the support is good, not because leaving is hard.
A focused tool is usually six to ten weeks. Larger systems run three to six months, delivered in milestones so you are using parts of it long before the whole is finished.
Usually yes. We handle Tally integration regularly, and most modern systems expose a way in. Where one does not, we look at import and export files instead.
It can run on your own server or on our cloud hosting. We tell you the running cost before you commit, so there is no surprise in month two.
They usually do, and that is fine. Changes within a milestone are absorbed; anything that adds scope is quoted before we build it. Nothing gets added to an invoice without you agreeing first.
